A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Team Lead to support its endpoint management products and lead a team of Solutions Engineers.



Key Responsibilities

Manage team operations, including standup meetings, workload prioritization, and project design for support efficiency
Assist customers with advanced technical issues and facilitate communication between teams
Create and maintain documentation, including guides and knowledge base articles, while fielding bug reports and feature requests


Required Qualifications

Experience in a technical support or system administration role
Strong background in IT asset management and lifecycle
Familiarity with endpoint management tools and cloud-based solutions
Ability to mentor and train new team members
