Key Responsibilities

Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and clarify billing issues
Maintain positive relationships with providers to enhance the quality and accuracy of submitted bills
Document all correspondence and manage accurate records related to cases and accounts


Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a healthcare administrative or customer service role
Exposure to healthcare claims, billing, and/or coding
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Working knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
