A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter to manage physician panels and onboarding processes.



Key Responsibilities

Maintain physician panel, including updating profiles and fees
Onboard new physicians and negotiate agreement terms based on client needs
Source and fulfill open service requests for urgent network recruitment


Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in physician recruitment in a healthcare or insurance setting
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment preferred
Working knowledge of physician networks and medical specialties
