Key Responsibilities:

Enhance operational efficiencies through root cause analysis and new technology utilization
Manage day-to-day operations, including incident management and disaster recovery initiatives
Lead the Agile release process and provide updates to key stakeholders on metrics and incidents



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field required
8+ years of leadership experience in product development or operations
