Key Responsibilities

Support analytics projects for various people-team stakeholders
Collect data, define solutions, and present recommendations through data visualizations
Utilize statistical techniques to assess the impact of people strategies on business outcomes


Required Qualifications

BA/BS in an analytical major such as Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics in a client-facing role
Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Python (pandas) or R
Experience in storytelling with data and creating effective visualizations
