Volt is immediately hiring for SS Eng Operations Tech in Aurora, CO or Richardson, TX.



As an SS Eng Operations Tech, you will:

Play a key part in assisting our large program team with metrics, onboarding, meeting facilitation, and various support activities.
Collaborate with program leadership to facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication
Assist engineering leads in the onboarding and integration of new staff members
Support program activities and contribute to team success
Support Satellite daily operations
Attend meetings and other functions as requested
Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials



This is a Full-time 12-month contract opportunity.



The ideal candidate will have:

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI Clearance



Required Skills

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high school or Military and/or Intelligence Agency training) and a minimum of 6 years of relative experience organizational groups
Active and transferable Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance is required prior to start date.
Experience working on Defense or Intelligence Agency Satellite technologies and/or ground control systems
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but not limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and/or Excel



Preferred Skills:

Experience working with senior leadership on large teams
Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility Excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably present information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Prior experience training team members



Education:

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high school or Military and/or Intelligence Agency training)



Pay Rate: $53-$58 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
