A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant responsible for day-to-day and month-end accounting functions.



Key Responsibilities

Process semi-monthly payroll and reconcile quarterly payroll reports
Manage accounts payable transactions and prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
Assist in fiscal year-end close, audits, and preparation of annual Form 990


Required Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of senior accountant experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
Experience processing payroll for 100+ employees
Proficiency in general ledger applications; experience with NetSuite is a plus
Bachelor's degree in accounting is strongly preferred
