Responsibilities: - Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and document vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Safely assist residents with mobility and transfers, following proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment by providing light housekeeping and laundry services.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure the highest quality care for all residents.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, contributing to their mental and emotional well-being.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
- Support recreational and therapeutic activities as needed.
Qualifications: - Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Previous experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.
- Compassionate and patient-focused, with excellent communication skills.
- Physically capable of performing all essential duties, including lifting and moving residents.
Compensation: - Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.
