Please apply if you have prior sales support experience and are looking for your next opportunity!Description:- Work with wholesale team, supporting large box store clients.- Work directly with EDI software (SPS commerce) ensuring accurate and timely orders, management, and shipment of products- Manage an order book up to $10 million dollars per year- Receive incoming calls from clients (often procurement teams) and sales team- Processes orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives- Maintains the order books for accounts in Excel- Communicates order book status to sales in form of weekly, and monthly reports- Partners with Customer Financial Services to release orders for processing as needed- Communicates with DC to ensure accurate and timely shippingRemote role, 8am-5pm M-F, potential for one day on-site per month in Broomfield. Additional Skills & Qualifications:Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros) experience required.2+ years in a sales support roleExperience Level:Intermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
