Description:JOB SUMMARY:The core mission of the Account Manager (Outreach Specialist or OS) is to increase revenue from new and existing customers. This is an inbound/outbound sales position working with churches across the United States to help them do effective and efficient outreach and marketing through the products and services we offer on outreach.com. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Increase account base sales by 7.5% over the previous year.
- Create pipelines, execute outbound call campaigns, and close sales.
- Make, develop, and maintain key customer relationships.
- Utilizes sales and church ministry experience to build a book of business, manage named accounts effectively, and meet department sales objectives.
- Ability to meet deadlines with sharp attention to detail.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Work with a strong focus on working through pipelines and internal processes.
- Primary methods of customer contact are telephone, chat, and email.
- Goal-driven environment that demands an energetic, positive attitude.
- Patience is required with a high value on effective long-term relationship building, and a solid understanding of how churches operate.OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
