In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance and sanitation programs. This includes direct oversight of all equipment and facilities maintenance, projects, and procedures as well as GMP's, overall organization and cleanliness, day-to-day operations and personnel. Maintenance and Sanitation Manager Job Duties: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs.Manage preventative maintenance, work orders, pest control, and facility environmental monitoring programs.Adhere to company safety policies, GMP guidelines, and sanitation standards.Actively participate in the Redzone continuous improvement system.Mentor, provide leadership, and cultivate a positive culture across the maintenance and sanitation teams.Ensure key performance indicators, daily performance targets, reporting metrics, and variance thresholds are met.Write, revise, and approve SOP's, charts, and forms for the facility and equipment. Maintenance and Sanitation Manager 2+ years of experience as ab maintenance an/or sanitation manager Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language. Fluency in Spanish is a plus!Must be able to work in a variety of conditions.Must be able to recognize audible hazards.Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies in performance of job duties.Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (ability to be flexible) Pay: 100k/salary Benefits offered by Employer: Medical, vision, and dental coverage after 30 days (and first day of the following month) with approximately 85% being paid by employer. Three (3) plans to choose from.
