• Annual merit increases based on job performance Job Responsibilities: As a Care Partner, your primary focus will be to support our residents' independence by providing compassionate, hands-on care in daily activities. This includes assisting with nutritional needs and ensuring that living spaces are maintained according to our cleaning protocols. Pay rate is $19-19.80, depending on experience. Qualifications:
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
