Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales to create value-based solutions for prospective customers
Lead business and technical discovery during the sales cycles and conduct customer demos
Gather customer feedback to inform product and engineering teams for roadmap initiatives


Required Qualifications

5+ years of technical experience in eCommerce or Order Management
Experience in a technical consulting, solutions, or engineering role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
