A company is looking for a Remote U-Certs Legal Assistant (Prepare Filing) to join their legal team.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client interviews to gather information and explain U-Certs visa procedures
Prepare forms, petitions, and supporting documents for immigration filings
File applications with government agencies and manage case files throughout the immigration process


Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with U-Certs and USCIS petitions
Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a legal capacity
Familiarity with family-based petitions and other USCIS applications is a plus
