A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to support various accounting tasks across the agency.



Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process sales orders and issue invoices in a timely manner
Read and interpret client contracts and determine the impact on client billing
Respond to internal and external inquiries about client billing and perform follow-ups regarding overdue invoices


Required Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience in the MS Office Suite, including Excel
Proven self-starter with strong quantitative analytical skills
