Key Responsibilities

Own and plan risk/review processes for AI solutions across the enterprise
Design risk and model validation plans and collaborate with stakeholders to assess potential value and risks
Manage and execute risk and control delivery for audits and establish risk reduction governance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research
10+ years of machine learning and data science experience in high-growth companies
5+ years of management experience in hiring and developing AI/ML teams
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks like AIML NIST Framework, PCI, and HIPAA
