Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

7+ years in technical support or engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Experience with Case Management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts, including Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
