Key Responsibilities

Attain working knowledge of agency processes and account management
Participate in and document client meetings and maintain communication on deliverables
Support the Onboarding Director and proactively work on client deliverables


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
A minimum of 1-2 years' professional experience, preferably in an agency setting
Experience in the automotive industry or customer service is a plus
