Key Responsibilities

Interpret and clarify business requirements, implementing system enhancements for MembersEdge Enrollment and/or Billing
Research and resolve production issues to maintain scheduled enrollment and billing cycles
Participate in quality assurance, code reviews, and provide technical leadership on application development projects


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 4 years analyzing requirements and coding healthcare insurance applications
Proficient in programming with CAGen, GuardIen, COBOL, or related tools
1 year of experience in mainframe applications programming and file utilities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
