Your future starts now.As the Senior Manager of Enablement Training & Development, you will lead trainers in supporting a variety of learning programs across Empower Personal Wealth. You will identify training needs and manage the contributions of trainers to solve those needs while creating and maintaining partnerships with leaders across Empower.What you will do - Manage, evaluate, and develop a team of trainers across multiple locations; strategically leverage training team across Empower Personal Wealth training needs
- Continuously evaluate needs of Empower Personal Wealth and partner with key stakeholders and leadership to support training programs
- Coach trainers to improve skill sets and provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Identify and assess future and current training needs based on business objectives and associate performance
- Assist with the development of strategic training plans
- Build collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with business area managers, onboarding and sales enablement as necessary regarding trainer and student issues and needs
- Monitor and evaluate the data from and effectiveness of training programs and provide reporting
- Address and eliminate inefficiencies and conflicts based on data review and analysis
- Provide instructional design support and partnership
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7 years minimum of experience directly related to training and development
- FINRA fingerprinting
- FINRA Series 7 and 24
- Knowledge of training methods, styles, and mature learning principles
- Experience facilitating and conducting training sessions
- Experience working with e-learning platformsWhat will set you apart

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
