A company is looking for a Claims Consultant - Healthcare Professionals.



Key Responsibilities

Confirm coverage and manage claims and suits against policyholders
Interpret, analyze, and resolve coverage issues while managing litigation with outside counsel
Negotiate case resolutions and provide service to insureds to assist in sales and account retention


Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years of claim experience, preferably in healthcare liability or professional liability claims
J.D. preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience
Strong negotiating skills
