Key Responsibilities

Execute and facilitate insured's service requests while identifying sales opportunities
Counsel policyholders on coverage options, policy limits, and payment methods
Review and update policies to enhance retention and meet consumer needs


Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
Active Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License
Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
