A company is looking for a RCM Analyst responsible for implementing claims processes within RCM to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.



Key Responsibilities

Review claims for irregularities, accuracy, and completeness
Coordinate and process documentation, invoice dispute resolution, and payment for accounts
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
Five (5) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Strong understanding of claims processing and decision-making on claim eligibility
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to accurately type 35 words per minute and use of 10-key More...
