A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS & People Operations.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic design, delivery, and administration of the HRIS system (Workday)
Oversee data integrity and compliance while managing vendor relationships and providing end-user support
Conduct team management activities to drive results and implement key initiatives within the People Operations team



Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
4 years of analyst experience in HRIS or People Operations with system administration duties
5 years of experience mentoring and/or managing junior staff
6 years of experience with Workday HCM and related systems
Experience building dashboards in Looker, Workday, or similar platforms is strongly preferred More...
