Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts to generate actionable business intelligence
Collaborate with Health business leaders to identify reporting needs and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of related experience required
Superior skills in Microsoft Suite and BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
