A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate responsible for processing accounts payable across corporate and operating companies.



Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable using various ERP and financial software
Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices while maintaining vendor relationships
Participate in process improvement initiatives and reconcile accounts and vendor statements


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience strongly preferred
1-5 years of accounts payable experience required
Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and internal controls preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
