Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor teammates while ensuring quality control and professional growth
Assist with client onboarding and system implementations, collaborating with clients and tax or audit teams
Perform in-depth financial analysis and manage complex accounting transactions


Required Qualifications

BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
Active CPA license or educational credentials to sit for the CPA exam; a Master's degree in business or accounting is preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting functions
Experience with ERP systems and platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or NetSuite
