A company is looking for a Technical Strategy Manager to oversee vCIO service delivery and client technology strategy.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external parties for timely vCIO service delivery
Recommend and sell services to existing clients while proactively reducing support cases
Maintain documentation of client IT systems and assist with escalations regarding client infrastructure


Required Qualifications and Education

5+ years of professional IT experience
Broad knowledge of industry standards and best practices for operational IT infrastructure
Experience in evaluating and recommending strategic organizational improvements
Advanced technical skills supporting Windows and Mac desktops and infrastructure
Training and certifications in IT (A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) More...
