Key Responsibilities

Process new business application transactions accurately and in compliance with established procedures
Collaborate with agents and other departments to resolve pending cases and deliver exceptional customer service
Evaluate workflows for process improvements and ensure compliance with guidelines


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
Experience with insurance products and policies
