Key Responsibilities

Oversee preparation of rating for prospective and existing business and provide leadership to underwriting staff
Act as primary contact for Sales Management to develop financially sound quotations and explain premium rates
Research and analyze trends in membership and utilization to make recommendations for performance improvement


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a relevant functional area
Experience in hiring, training, and managing performance of direct reports
Proficient with spreadsheet and PC-based applications
