A company is looking for an Intake Specialist I to join their Pharmacy Patient Services department.



Key Responsibilities

Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients
Enroll patients into specialty services and manage assigned workflow queues
Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state requirements
Minimum two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work scheduled hours with varying shifts based on department needs
