Key Responsibilities

Oversee compensation, benefits, and leave management within the HR function
Administer employee healthcare benefits and 401(k) plans, providing analysis and recommendations
Manage payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and year-end reporting


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources Management
HR certification preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with HRIS and payroll systems
