Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report on core chargeback, fraud, and abuse metrics
Conduct deep analyses of fraud events and provide actionable recommendations for remediation
Collaborate with the Card, Mobile, and PayPal Analytics team to deliver an end-to-end card and digital wallet fraud strategy


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience fighting chargebacks, fraud, and payment abuse in an ecommerce environment
1+ years of experience performing data analysis and querying large datasets
Functional knowledge of common fraud patterns and card payments
Experience with business intelligence tools to create visualizations
