Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for audio and video devices during live interactive online events
Troubleshoot technical issues for participants, senior event managers, and facilitators
Document and report technical problems and continuously improve support quality


Required Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited college or university
1 - 3 years of experience in executive support or with a SaaS company
Experience working with high-level executives
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft/Google Doc suites
