Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales operations strategies aligned with business objectives, including sales planning and forecasting
Execute processes to drive operational efficiency and establish best practices for global sales operations
Design and manage sales performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10+ years in major account P&L sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing global sales operations functions across multiple regions
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques
