Key Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze claims to identify denial reasons and create appeal letters
Contact payers to learn the status of previously resubmitted claims and updates on payments
Calculate expected claim reimbursement and update accounts with information from payers


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in claims analysis or a related field
Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
