BANNER HEALTH, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier, non-profit health care networks is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our well-established Primary Care Team at our Westlake Health Center in Greeley, Colorado!

Practice Details:

• Outpatient Primary Care clinic
• Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
• Average patient volume: 18-20/day
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and leadership to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest Qualifications:
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
  • Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Banner Health offers a generous salary and recruitment incentives, along with an industry leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family including:
    • Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives
    • $60k sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
    • $18,000 resident stipend
    • Paid CME
    • Paid malpractice
