Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for the Guidewire ClaimsCenter
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
Provide insights into long-term operational issues, troubleshooting, and solutions within the ClaimsCenter platform


Required Qualifications:

Prior experience with Guidewire ClaimsCenter is mandatory
Must have long-term tenure in Guidewire roles
Strong understanding of ClaimsCenter operations, common issues, and resolutions
Must be Associate Certified in Guidewire
