Key Responsibilities:

Source mortgage leads and build business relationships with real estate agents
Analyze applicants' financial status and explain loan options available
Generate complete loan applications and maintain communication with referral sources


Required Qualifications:

NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting procedures
Proven experience in soliciting new business
Preferred experience with Encompass software
