Lead Lean Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years of experience in Lean management and transformational change
Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred
Lean or similar certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree with related experience or Master's in a related field required
