A company is looking for a Customer Data Specialist to leverage technical skills for resolving data issues and collaborating across departments.



Key Responsibilities

Perform triage, root cause analysis, and corrections to data issues reported by internal resources
Coordinate fixes or improvements to data issues across multiple departments and resolve escalations in a timely manner
Develop and communicate action plans for outstanding data issues and execute testing on new product releases


Required Qualifications

Minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a technical role
Proficient knowledge in both EDI and Payroll Processes
Ability to develop relationships with internal teams and serve as an internal point of escalation
