Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM Benefits modules
Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday Benefits, providing guidance to clients
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Benefits modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications

Active Workday Implementer Certification(s) required
Prior consulting experience, specifically with Workday
Academic studies or equivalent experience related to Human Resources Information Systems
