A company is looking for a Workforce Analytics Consultant responsible for developing and delivering workforce analytics to support human capital management decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver workforce analytics, scorecards, dashboards, and reports
Provide real-time and forecasted data to assist with workforce planning and business outcomes
Utilize creativity and data to influence decision-making within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum five (5) years of experience in an analytical role
Experience with data analysis, visualization, forecasting, and modeling
