Job Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of our cross-sell channel. This role will be collaborating with various internal teams to align promotions with customer bases across Boost Mobile, DISH, Sling, and Hughes. It also includes managing the go-to-market process, fostering relationships with stakeholders, optimizing campaign performance, and implementing scalable processes to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy Development: Help craft and execute the cross-sell strategy, coordinating closely with product, marketing and device teams to align Boost Mobile promotions with DISH, Sling, and Hughes customer bases
- Marketing Operations: Assist in developing and managing creative assets alongside GTM and marketing teams across the enterprise
- Go-to-Market Execution: Manage the end-to-end go-to-market process for cross-sell initiatives, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and market needs
- Stakeholder Management: Forge robust relationships with key internal stakeholders across marketing, IT, and core services (CX, Billing, etc.), as well as external partners, to ensure seamless integration and promotion of Boost Mobile across platforms
- Innovative Solutions: Develop and present innovative marketing solutions tailored to the unique needs of cross-sell targets, driving increased adoption and customer satisfaction
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize cross-sell campaigns, leveraging data to make informed decisions that enhance reach and impact
- Process Implementation: Establish and refine processes to scale successful tactics across various markets, ensuring consistency and quality in execution
