Job Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OSS Order Management Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end software solutions. As a key member of our Agile development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our order management systems. Technical Leadership: - Architect the Future: Own the technical vision and architecture of the order management domain, aligning with business objectives
- Drive Innovation: Lead the adoption of cloud-native technologies, microservices, and AI to build scalable, resilient, and intelligent solutions
- Mentor and Develop: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence by mentoring and guiding a team of engineers
Domain Expertise: - Deep Domain Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of order management processes and telecommunications OSS/BSS functions
- Business-Technology Alignment: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
- Leverage AI: Utilize AI and ML techniques to optimize order management processes and improve customer experience
Problem-Solving and Innovation: - Solve Complex Challenges: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, such as performance bottlenecks and integration problems

Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and/or supporting OSS platforms, with a focus on order management (COM/SOM)
- Wireless experience is a plus
