Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve client application, data, and connectivity issues while providing clear documentation
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding support activities
Document support calls and software bugs for future reference and assist with software testing releases


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of experience in a support role troubleshooting customer issues
2+ years of experience in healthcare patient access, registration, or insurance verification
Demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives and service level agreements
