Job Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This position will focus on driving sales through alternative distribution channels , including direct sales , local sales partnerships, and strategic supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing sales strategies in a non-traditional sales environment, effectively navigating partnerships, and delivering measurable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for alternative distribution channels, with a focus on direct sales, partnerships, and third-party platforms
- Identify new market opportunities and sales channels to expand the company's reach and product offerings
- Work closely with senior sales leadership to align sales goals with overall business objectives and growth targets
- Partner Relationship Management :
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new distribution partners, resellers, and affiliates
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key partners to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Community Di rect Sales :
- Actively engage in direct sales efforts, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with key customers in various verticals
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high conversion rate
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, delivering a compelling value proposition
- Market Analysis and Reporting :
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support sales efforts in alternative distribution channels
- Work closely with the product development and customer support teams to ensure the solution is aligned with market needs and customer expectations
- Ensure proper onboarding and training for partners and internal teams
Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience : -
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on alternative distribution channels or direct sales
