A company is looking for a People Relations Specialist who will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers to address employee-related matters and coach them on performance management processes
Maintain accurate records in the People Relations case management system and analyze employee relations data for actionable insights
Manage the employee offboarding process and assist with workplace investigations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee relations
Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Experience with Workday and an employee relations case management system preferred
