Key Responsibilities

Review and score customer service calls, providing feedback and coaching to agents
Resolve complex member complaints and conduct root cause analysis to identify trends
Participate in internal meetings to discuss call trends and assist with special projects to reduce complaints


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in pharmacy, Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, or related fields
Experience in customer service, call center quality oversight, and complaint resolution
Critical thinking and investigative skills are essential
