Key Responsibilities

Review, redline, negotiate, and manage complex SaaS contracts
Draft and manage internal legal policies and negotiation playbooks
Coordinate and manage internal discussions regarding negotiations and communicate with leadership about negotiation statuses


Required Qualifications

Typically requires 4 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiating complex SaaS agreements
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
In-depth knowledge of SaaS agreement components
